Checking Warranty on Used Items

All electronics sold are eligible for a seven (7) day checking warranty (except the Products Marked with no warranty), starting from the time you receive your delivery.

Eligible Products for Checking Warranty:

• VA Protectors
• Breakers
• Smart Wifi Devices

Note: The warranty will be void if the product suffers external damage (e.g., falls, hits, cracks, or scratches).

Warranty Card

Your purchase receipt serves as your warranty card. No need for a printed invoice; we can access your order details using your order number.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Accidental or intentional damage
• Damage due to improper use (e.g., falls, bending, liquid exposure)
• Damage from uncontrollable external forces (e.g., floods, fires, earthquakes, lightning)
• Disassembly, self-repair, or modification attempts
• Damage caused by Force Majeure events (e.g., fires, earthquakes, floods)

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately.

Warranty for Brand New (Box Packed) Items

Box packed items may come with a manufacturer warranty. Check the specific warranty policy on the manufacturer’s official website.

Some items may be imported from the China, UK, or UAE, with warranty terms between the buyer and manufacturer. Sultani.pk is not responsible for these warranties.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. We do not accept any further liability for the products sold.
